Community Guidelines

How we look after each other and the work we share.

Last updated 7 October 2026

Su-Kunst works because artists feel safe to share their work and get honest, respectful responses. These guidelines apply everywhere on the platform: posts, comments, messages, profiles, events and opportunities. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.

Do

  • Be respectful. Critique the work, not the person. Give feedback you'd be happy to receive yourself.
  • Share your own work, and credit others. Post work you made or have the right to share. Name the artists, photographers and collaborators involved.
  • Be honest. Opportunities and events must be real, accurate and clear about pay, fees and requirements.
  • Respect privacy. Ask before you post photos of identifiable people, especially at private events.
  • Report problems. If something feels wrong, tell us (see below). Reports are confidential.

Don't

  • Harass, bully or threaten anyone, by any means, including repeated unwanted messages.
  • Post hate speech or attack people because of who they are.
  • Post sexual content involving minors. This is never allowed, under any circumstances, including drawings or AI-generated images. We remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities.
  • Post pornography or sexually explicit content. Artistic nudity (for example figure studies, classical art or photography) is allowed only when it's clearly artistic, not sexual, and doesn't feature minors.
  • Post graphic violence or gore, or promote self-harm, terrorism or violent groups.
  • Steal work. Don't repost other people's art as your own, and don't sell work you don't have the rights to.
  • Spam or scam. No fake opportunities, upfront-fee scams, phishing links, repeated self-promotion in comments, or mass messaging.
  • Impersonate anyone, including other artists, galleries, organisations or our team.
  • Share private information about other people without their consent.

How to report

Email sukunst26@gmail.com with:

  • a link to the post, comment, profile, event or opportunity, or the name of the member who sent the message;
  • what happened, and which guideline you think it breaks;
  • screenshots, if they help.

We review every report within 24 hours. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. To report child sexual abuse or exploitation, see our Child Safety Standards.

What happens when the guidelines are broken

Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before, we may:

  1. remove the content;
  2. send a warning;
  3. suspend the account for a time;
  4. permanently ban the account and remove everything it posted;
  5. report the matter to the authorities.

Serious violations, such as child exploitation, credible threats of violence or scams, lead straight to a permanent ban. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we'll look at it again.
