Delete Your Account

How to delete your Su-Kunst account and the data that goes with it.

Last updated 7 October 2026

This page explains how to delete your account on Su-Kunst, the website and the Android app, which are operated by Su-Kunst. One account covers both, so deleting it removes your data from both.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to sukunst26@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, so we know the request really comes from you.
  2. Use the subject "Delete my account", and include your display name or a link to your profile.
  3. We'll confirm we've received it, and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner. We'll email you once it's done.

If you can't get into that email address any more, contact us anyway. We'll ask you a few questions to confirm that the account is yours before we delete anything.

A "Delete account" button in Settings is coming soon, so you'll be able to do this yourself.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. We delete:

  • your account and profile: name, email, phone, gender, bio, profile photo, website, location and preferences;
  • all your posts, including every photo and video you uploaded;
  • your comments, your likes, and the likes other people gave your posts and comments;
  • your follows and followers;
  • the events, opportunities and ads you created;
  • the messages you sent;
  • your notifications and active sign-in sessions, which signs you out everywhere.

What may be kept

  • App download logs: records of Android app downloads (time, IP address and device type) are unlinked from your account but kept to protect the download service.
  • Messages sent to you: messages other people sent you stay in their copy of the conversation, because they belong to them.
  • Backups: deleted data may stay in server backups for up to 30 days, until those backups are overwritten.
  • Legal obligations: if the law requires it, or a safety investigation is under way (for example a child safety report), we may keep the relevant information for as long as the law requires.

Want a copy first?

Before you delete your account, you can ask us for a copy of your data. Just say so in the same email. See the Privacy Policy for your other rights.
