Terms of Service - Su-Kunst

1. Account & Membership Rules

Eligibility: Users must provide accurate profile details upon registration.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities occurring under their account.

Artwork Ownership: Kunstenaars retain 100% full copyright and intellectual property rights to all digital images, original physical artworks, and portfolio items uploaded to the app.
Display License: By uploading content, users grant Su-Kunst a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and showcase the artwork within the app and official promotional channels to support local visibility.
Prohibited Content: Uploading plagiarized, stolen, or unauthorized copyright material is strictly forbidden and results in immediate account suspension.

Payments and sales are not yet available on Su-Kunst. The terms below apply once they launch.

In-App Purchasing: Payments made through integrated gateways (such as local bank/API integrations) are processed securely under standard digital transaction security protocols.
Sales & Commissions: Terms regarding payouts, pricing, and fulfillment apply to every transaction initiated through the app.

Community Integrity: Spamming, harassment, fraudulent activity, or attempts to exploit the utility software will result in account termination.
Platform Availability: Su-Kunst provides the utility "as is," maintaining ongoing infrastructure updates and service performance optimizations.

Su-Kunst has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Users must not post, send or link to content that:

sexually exploits or endangers children in any way (see our Child Safety Standards);
is pornographic, or is sexual content shared without the consent of the people in it;
harasses, bullies, threatens or reveals someone's private information;
promotes hatred or violence against people because of who they are, or glorifies violence, terrorism or self-harm;
is illegal, a scam, misleading, or impersonates a person or organisation.

Reporting: Anyone can report content or users that break these Terms by contacting sukunst26@gmail.com, as described in how to report.
Review: Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these Terms is removed, and the accounts responsible are suspended or permanently banned. Where the law requires it, or someone's safety is at risk, it is reported to the authorities.
Investigations: Administrators may review content, including private messages, when investigating a report, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes: These Terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes when they are. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law: The laws of Suriname govern these Terms.
